〜日本遺産共同認定の街“山梨県甲州市産”ブドウ品種「デラウエア」を使用し、
日本遺産 牛久シャトー ワイナリーで醸造した、ふたつの街のワイン造りの歴史をつなぐワイン〜
牛久シャトー株式会社は、同社ワイナリーにおいて、日本遺産共同認定の街 山梨県甲州市で栽培されたブドウ品種「デラウエア」を使用した果実酒「2025青デラ 初しぼり デラウエア」を発売します。
同商品は2025年12月12日（金）より牛久シャトー ショップにて発売。
牛久シャトー レストラン､BBQでも同日からご提供を開始します。
販売予定数は1,100本限定。
「2025青デラ 初しぼり デラウエア」の特徴
１． 山梨県甲州市の葡萄畑で栽培、収穫されたデラウエアを使用し、国指定重要文化財、日本遺産、近代化産業遺産の牛久シャトー ワイナリーで醸造されたワイン。
２． フレッシュな酸味と甘みのバランスがとれている。
３． アルコール度数も８％と抑えられ、飲みやすいワインに仕上がっている。
４． 牛久シャトーで2025年の初しぼりのワイン、新しいロゴマークもラベルに取り入れている。

This year's new wine, "2025 AODELA First Press Delaware," is now available. ~Made with Delaware grapes from Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, a city jointly certified as a Japan Heritage, and brewed at the Ushiku Chateau Winery, a Japan Heritage, this wine connects the winemaking histories of two cities.~
Ushiku Chateau Co., Ltd. will release "2025 AODELA First Press Delaware," a fruit wine made with Delaware grapes grown in Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, a city jointly designated as a Japan Heritage, at its winery.
The product will be available at the Ushiku Chateau Shop from Friday, December 12, 2025.
It will also be available at Ushiku Chateau Restaurant and BBQ from the same day.
The planned sales quantity is limited to 1,100 bottles.
Features of the "2025 AODELA First Press Delaware"
1. This wine is made using Delaware grapes grown and harvested in the vineyards of Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and brewed at Ushiku Chateau Winery, a nationally designated Important Cultural Property, Japan Heritage site, and Heritage of Industrial Modernization.
2. It has a balanced fresh acidity and sweetness.
3. With a low alcohol content of 8%, it is an easy-to-drink wine.
4. This is the first press wine of 2025 at Ushiku Chateau, and the label also features the new logo.
